Michele Hunt

Michele is a transformation catalyst and strategic advisor on leadership and organizational development. She is known internationally for her work helping leaders unleash the creative genius of their people and partners to create high-energy, high-performing organizations and communities capable of achieving superior results. She is author of the book series and documentary Dream Makers and a regular contributor to the Huffington Post. She has worked in a variety of fields from Executive Director of the Federal Quality Institute during the Clinton administration to Corporate Vice President for People at Herman Miller Inc.

Ryoichi Penna

 

Ryoichi is an international entrepreneur who is deeply connected to the Junior Enterprise movement. He is the former president of the Brazilian Confederation of Junior Enterprises and currently the CEO of BrasilTO, a consulting firm in leadership development and cultural transformation that serves business in two levels: organizations as strategic partners to develop corporate culture and teams; people as it supports the development of conscious leaders to achieve high performance through self-knowledge and managerial skills.
